Are you living as your True Self Do you know who you really are? Are you living an intentional life in peace with Yourself? Are your desires and actions ring true to the very core of your being?

Do you know who you really are? Are you living an intentional life in peace with Yourself? Are your desires and actions ring true to the very core of your being?

Here are some questions that can help you find out! Answer them quickly, following your first instinct, and don’t overthink

       What is “True Self”? Some call it a Christ or Buddha mind, spark of God, core self, sixth sense, Direct knowing, etc.  The label really does not matter as long as you truly know why your arrived in this lifetime, what is your purpose, and what your authentic desires and needs.

       You also know that besides body and mind, you are also have eternal, ineffable, indestructible Soul, that lives after the body undergoes inevitable distraction. The deep internalization of this knowledge helps to dispel fear, unsafety, insecurities, and scarcity mentality and allows to unfold your life based on love, joy and authentic, value driven purpose.

Answer each question with Yes or No

1.      I deeply connect to all feelings that arise within me, and open to all emotions that are appropriate for situations in my life.

·         Do I tend stay in unpleasant/draining situations  just to avoid feeling sad or lonely?

·         Do I make any decision based just on a desire not to feel any “painful” emotions?

·         Am consistently tend to distract myself just so not to feel  “painful” emotions ?

 

2.      I am capable to become a Master of my life and create a life that fulfills my wishes. 

•         Do I  make (or not make)  important  decisions based on a fear that I will not be able to cope with difficulties that might arise?

•         Do I believe that I am not capable to change situations that don’t work for me?

•         Do I feel that Universe is working against me and does not support me?

 

3.      I comfortable with my unique individuality, and can clearly understand and express my own wishes, dreams and goals.

•         Am I often trying to adjust to expectations of others instead of making decisions based on my own needs and desires ?

•         Am I ashamed to tell my life story and fear that others will judge me?

•         Do I set my  goals and actions  based on expectations of others  or  society standards,  instead of my own heart felt desires?

 

4.      I hold myself in high esteem  and feel that I can effectively cope with a problem or crisis in a positive and creative way. I acknowledge my self-esteem and honor myself.

•         Do I feel that I don’t really love and respect myself, and that I might not be worthy of happiness?

•         Do I believe that I cannot overcame difficult situations by relying on my own efforts and talents?

•         Do I have hard time connecting to my own character strengths?

 

5.      I am able to comfort myself when I experience painful emotions.

•         Do I ever feel that I might not survive a pain of experiencing difficult emotions?

•         Do I always reach for an outside help when I am in emotional pain?

•         Do I believe that it’s impossible to lead a happy life when any painful emotions are present? 

 

6.      I honor my path in life, and able to fulfill my commitments and goals.

•         Do I give up on my goals when experience setbacks and obstacles, even if achieving these goals clearly is good for me?

•         Do I think that I often make wrong decisions and frequently change my mind?

•         Do I usually fulfill my commitments to others but frequently don’t follow through on my promises to myself? 

 

7.      I am open to the flow of life and find creative solutions to problems.

•         Am I often find myself being stuck in the same situations that don’t work for me, but don’t know how to change it?

•         Am I often not able to accept and implement ideas that are new to me, even when I believe that they might really help to resolve my problems? 

•         Do I often feel blocked and stuck, yet grasp to the same familiar ways of life even though they apparently don’t work for me?

 

8.      I am able to fully and honestly express myself in an intimate relationship.

•         Do I often hide my feelings in personal relationships because I am afraid to upset or anger my partner?

•         Do I often fear to do something that my partner dislikes or does not approve of, even though I really want to do it?

•         Do I often just go along with what my partner wants without discussing it even though I would prefer other alternatives?

 

9.      I am able to be alone and feel fulfilled even when I don’t have a partner in my life.

•         Do I  feel unhappy and abandoned when I don’t have a partner in my life?

•         Do I  find myself getting involved in dead-end personal relationships just to avoid being alone?

•         Do I often feel that my life is meaningless unless I am involved in personal relationship?

 

10    I believe that I have an inner core Self that remains the same even with aging or any life changes

•         Do I fear  growing old?

•         Do I feel that I constantly need to appear a certain way or achieve certain things to be fulfilled and happy?

•         Do I think less of myself when negative changes happen in my life?
